I haven’t gotten any notifications from my alder about this go figure), but the neighborhood association has now sent me two notices. Of course, its not my neighborhood association, they are just good neighbors. Haven’t heard a word from my neighborhood, 2 blocks away from the development – but my neighborhood is lead by two developers Erik Minton and Cliff Fisher, so I’m sure we’re already in support regardless of any details or process or input.
Mark your calendars and plan to come and see the plans for the first of the Don Miller lot projects to have a plan ready for neighborhood review. The development is called The Constellation, and it is being proposed by the Gebhardt Development group. There are still details to work out and the neighborhood needs your feedback.
When: Thursday, December 8,2011, 7PM
Where: Christ Presbyterian Church (944 E. Gorham)View the documents for this development from two sources:
The neighborhood’s development website: http://www.eastmifflin.com/700north
The developer’s website: http://constellation.bark-design.com/
If you can’t make it, please take a moment to look at the website and send us feedback. Make sure you include your full name and address.

I got a postcard (postmarked Nov 30) in the mail on Monday, so some notifications did go out. Maybe you’re too far away?
I enjoyed reading this article, post more…Atlanta Property Management
I suppose, I live one block down from you and that was likely the cut off, it was probably only sent to the Tenney Lapham Neighborhood, but still, she could post something to the listserves. That’s free and easy.
