– City Engineering and Planning, Community and Economic Development Department staff will be providing a presentation on the Madison Municipal Building (MMB) including the latest estimates on cost to rehabilitate the facility. Other relevant topics included in the presentation are the history of the site and building, previous building studies, and real estate value assessment. The presentation will conclude with a recommended path forward to address the building needs at MMB.
