We said we were moving on the 16th of April when we could get in to the campgrounds, and we are . . . 3:00 today. A couple problems, of course . . .

The notice says:
Due to the forecasted below freezing temperatures on April 11 and 12, the water to the campground building will NOT be turned on until Wednesday, April 17.
Showers and restrooms will NOT be available until Wednesday, April 17.
Your understanding of this situation is greatly appreciated.

We’ll move the campers and as much as we can today, but it will be easier for us to get people to work on this on the weekend, so we will have to come back and clean up this weekend.
