Chief Koval’s Community Forums – Starting in September
Chief Koval will be hosting his next community forums starting in September. These forums are open to everyone in the community and give YOU the chance to meet the Chief, hear from the Chief, ask questions and to hear about our current initiatives. Each district will be hosting one forum in their area of town (with the exception of West which will be hosting two sessions). The district Captain and/or Command staff from each district will also attend their specific session so you can get to know them and hear from them as well.

No hate here. I think the guy sucks at his job and is unqualified. There is a difference. I wish him no ill will. I just don’t think he should be the police chief in my city. Difference of opinion. The police, on the other hand have called people like me “gloryholing nincompoops”, “progressive assbags” and “raging lunatics”. I ask you, who hates who?
Brenda, you and I both attended the Chief’s community outreach at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. You turned off your camera when the black lady told the chief he was welcome in her neighborhood, “bring more police.” At other events, your Black Lives Matter friends did their chanting. So, why pretend it’s a dog and pony show? No one is denied access.
Do you have A.D.D.? Are you even responding to what I wrote or are you responding to the voices in your head? Have you been drinking? I worry about you sometimes. Maybe it’s just old age?
