Remember, they have this rule at the county board – you can only speak once on a topic at each committee so if they have more than one meeting, you speak and then there are more amendments, you won’t be able to speak. However, if you don’t speak, they might finish and not have another meeting and then you will have missed your chance. Public testimony roulette.

If a committee has taken testimony on an item and the same committee considers action on the item at a separate meeting, the public shall not have the opportunity to testify if that same item appears on subsequent agendas of the same committee.
Hang on, pay attention, check for updates regularly, often their amendments are made the day before they are considered.
