a) Vote: Shall the NMI Board designate the $4,573.73 in proceeds from the Fun Run to school-centered programs and equipment, which includes academic support grants, school event/program expenses, and/or social justice expenses (e.g., food pantry, gas cards, language classes)?
b) Vote: Shall the NMI Board approve the addition of president Francesca Rodriquez as a signatory to all NMI bank accounts? Further, shall the board approve the removal of former treasurer Althea Dotzour from those same accounts?

d) Child care needs for Spanish/English classes will go over budget - Committee Updates:
