• ACCEPTING STATE OF WISCONSIN GRANT FUNDS TO PROVIDE TREATMENT FOR UNMET NEEDS OF THOSE WITH OPIOID USE DISORDER DCDHS – ACS DIVISION

• AWARDING CONTRACT TO S AND J HOME CARE, LLC DCDHS – HAA DIVISION – aka $250,000 for April and May for nurses to be in the hotel with homeless persons who have symptoms or who have tested positive for COVID 19 and on-call medical assessment for foster care placements, shelter home, and other out-of-home care settings as needed. No budget impact.

• AMENDING CONTRACT TO FOCUS COUNSELING INC. DCDHS – HAA DIVISION – increase of $411,054 from $134,000 to $545,054 to provide services at the hotels for homeless persons.  No budget effect according to fiscal note.  $272,527 per month, contract ends June 1

• AUTHORIZING CONTRACTS TO PER MAR SECURITY AND RESEARCH CORP. AND STAR PROTECTION AND PATROL LLC DCDHS HAA DIVISION – $133,000 for security at men’s homeless shelter and the hotels where homeless people are staying.  This is the cost of one month of services, no budget effect – “one time funds”

• $58,000 for DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services) due to COVID 19 crisis – unclear where the money is coming from
