Illegal Meeting?

I see a newspaper reports of a meeting. And I see the weekly schedule and that meeting isn’t on the weekly schedule.

  1. I saw it when I clicked on the Weekly Meeting Schedule link both now and this morning (and I think earlier, but I can’t be sure on that).

    Also, of course, the official notice is on the clerk’s bulletin anyway, which I did not check on Tuesday.

  2. Hmm, its clearly there now. But it wasn’t yesterday. And you’re, of course right, the official notice isn’t on the web, which is why I wasn’t sure if it was illegal or not. I didn’t go to the city-county building to confirm. Even if the notice was legally up there, 28 hours notice is not a good way for the Overture or the City to be doing business. And it is a disservice to the public.
