One is even today. Technically, no one is supposed to meet when Board of Estimates considers the budget and today because there is an election. Somehow, yesterday the Police and Fire Commission met during the Board of Estimates meeting and today the Board of Education is meeting. Given the restrictions on Board of Estimates, they probably should have just finished the Capital Budget last night, instead of turning the whole city upside down. Up to 15 meetings on Thursday.
