10. Legislative File No. 18993 – SUBSTITUTE Second amendment of Tax Incremental District (TID) #32 (State St), City of Madison, and approving a Project Plan and Boundary for said amended TID. (Report of BOE – Ald. Mike Verveer, D. 4)

65. Legislative File No. 16662 – 4th SUBSTITUTE Amending Sections 32.12(8) and 32.12(9) of the Madison General Ordinances to modify the regulations for showing and re-renting rental premises. (Report of Housing Committee – Recommendation needs to be made from the floor)

66. Legislative File No. 17694 – 2nd SUBSTITUTE Creating Section 24.04(9) of the Madison General Ordinances to provide for private noise amplification permits, amending Sec. 1.08(3)(a) to establish bail amounts for this section, and amending Section 29.18(3)(a)1. to allow for an appeal of the denial of a permit. 77. Legislative File No. 19380 Creating new Section 10.28(4) and renumbering current Section 10.28(3) to (4) of the Madison General Ordinances to define “sidewalk” to include bus stops. (Report of TPC – Ald. Chris Schmidt, D. 11)

79. Legislative File No. 19129 Indicating the City of Madison’s interest in partnering with Dane County and our municipal neighbors to develop, build, operate and maintain a state-of-the-art countywide radio communications system that would allow – but not mandate – full interoperability. (Items Referred to this Meeting – Ald. Mark Clear, Council President for the purpose of placing on file without prejudice)
