Public Protection & Judiciary is interested in hearing from all interested parties concerning the proposed reductions in the 2011 Executive Budget pertaining to jail mental health care. The amount in the Executive Budget would require reductions from the current staffing model. The reductions proposed by provider Correct Care Solutions would move to 16 hours/day of total mental health intake coverage from the current 24.
– Budget presentations and amendments – The committee will discuss information presented from the budget presentations held on October 4, 11, and 18 in preparation for voting on budget amendments on October 26.
