Hi Brenda. Please note that I received this agenda in the CL Meetings mailbox at 1:30 today. I immediately posted the hard copy to the meetings board. Unfortunately, I was unable to simultaneously add the meeting to the online schedule as that system was experiencing difficulties. We contacted IT to remedy the situation as soon as possible. As you know, the Open Records Statute requires that the meeting be physically posted a minimum of 24 hours previous to the meeting time, so we are in compliance. We wanted to give you a heads-up because we are aware that you frequently access and monitor the meeting schedule. Thanks.
