Here’s the final list!
I’ll update this throughout the day. The deadline is at 5:00 today. Yesterday, there were three new candidates that filed, one against Marsha Rummel, two against Brian Solomon. And yes, Solomon filed yesterday, the only incumbent left . . . Paul Skidmore. For more info throughout the campaign season, check here!
UPDATES
9am Update – Christian Barry running in District 8 against Kyle Szarzynski and Scott Resnick creating a primary. Nelson Donovan has his papers in for District 10 against Solomon.
1 pm Update – Judnic and Skidmore in. Dischler and Radomski out. McDonell, Parisi, Wineke all have all paperwork in, Brandon needs Statement of Interest, Bruskewitz needs nomination papers.
3:45 Update – Soglin and Cieslewicz and Blotz have their papers in, Nick Hart had to run out and get 8 more signatures and has done so. Another candidate in District 1 – Brian Driscoll. Waiting on Verveer, Farley and Peters to finish their paperwork on the city side and to see if any last minute candidates pop up. No changes I’m aware of on the county side.
4:30 Update – Joe Clausius has a different opponent in Spencer White, and a primary in 18 (Schumacher) due to Steven Coleman joining the race. Verveer and Farley now have their papers in. No Kenton Peters yet. Bruskewitz has her signatures in.
5:00 Update – 31 men candidates, 10 women candidates total. Of the new candidates 22 men, 5 women. At best the council could have 9 women, at worst, 4. Brandon has one piece of paperwork to get in, but he’s got an extended date. Thuy’s out of town . . . and no school board races this year. Kenton Peters failed to file.
These listings are based on who has the necessary paperwork in. Green means they have all their paperwork in!
