4 meetings, most on Tuesday this week.  While everyone else slows down, work on the jail continues.

Oh yeah, remember the round up? I should probably start doing that again, eh? Anyways, here's a bunch of random things I have from this week.

Full week with full agendas, opioid overdose alert, lakes/flooding updates and complaints from staff of color in two departments caught my attention.

I knock the city council for many things . . . but they are light years ahead of the county board.

I heard about this ticket a while ago and yesterday I finally got the police report. I just had to share it. When you and I engage is "dumpster diving" or "Hippie Christmas" in August in Downtown Madison it's hip and cool and we're saving the environment. When you're a homeless black man you are committing a crime, ticketed and required to leave the area. Even after the police confirmed nothing was stolen.

Only 11 10 meetings.

Homeless men continue to be crowded into spaces where they can't social distance, and won't have a solution for night time until Monday.  Day spaces to remain over-crowded.

I'm guessing this discussion may be a little different than others, but we'll see.
