ACLU of WI Legal Observers Protect Right to Assemble and Speak

Laundry and showers could be put in the Warming Center with relative ease and low cost. Fire safety issues also need to be addressed. And isn't the county embarrassed about the porta-potty location? I don't understand their bizarre resistance to making people's lives just the slightest little itty bit better. Instead, they do and say the goofiest of things.

This is oh so very late . . . hopefully you are out having fun and starting your weekend.  So, for the record, here's what I got and you can read later!

And they are passionate about it - I haven't quite figured out why its so important for them to get the homeless out of the City-County Building, but they are determined. And holy crap, I forgot about the Sargent vs O'Lauglin divergent views of the county. Do we have stockholders we need to watch out for? Or are we a community with a safety net? Or will we build an island for misfit toys to put people on?

Another listening session with neighbors of Lake View Hill tonight to discuss the occupation . . . lots of finger pointing and anger - but now that it is over, will people show up?

I've been on a quest to find information on the Overture, so far, I've been able to get this . . . it will cost the city up to $50M over the next 15 years. I'm hoping I made an adding mistake.
