It was unanimous, with the conservatives leading the way! Wiggy was phenomenal - meaning he really understands what is going on at Token Creek and articulated it well. Such a bizarro world.

This is in response to the repeated calls from the Wisconsin State Journal for a smaller county board. As usual, the FACTS matter.

So, how are they doing on their commitments in the structural agreement?

25 meetings. . .

Two intense board meetings, a couple grants and generally just too much work to do, means the blog got a little neglected this week. Not sure its going to get better any time soon. Special thanks to co-foorwardlookout blogger Erik Paulson for filling in with the EDC meeting and the James Madison Park Committee meeting (see post later today).

I wonder how much they will put on their lobbying report for making the video?

6 new meetings for the City and a goofed agenda and extra meeting at the County. The City has managed to only get out 81% of the agenda again - at least that's how the math works out at this point.

Sigh . . . we have plans in the CDBG office that I am sure very few people understand. I have blogged about our anti-poverty plan that is in here in the past. This year I expanded my comments. CDBG Commission will be taking public comments on their draft tonight if you want to add your comments - now is the time!

Sigh, what do you do when the Mayor gives you a task with a ridiculous timeline and no money. I talked with the Chair of the Housing Diversity Committee, Brian Munson and committee and School Board Member Marj Passman to find out.
