If the TIF boundary change isn't accepted, the city will go ahead with a TIF-like deal for a project not in a TIF district. They'll still "pay back" the "loan" with their taxes.
City Week Ahead 11/9/20
Big plan commission meeitng with big buildings, PFC complaints and the next police chief and city budget will be passed this week!

Late noticed City meetings and a random sampling of things I found to be of interest, hopefully you do too! West Wilson St. and E Johnson St. road reconstructions, watershed study public meetings, Bernie's coming to town (will you be able to find him?), jumping worms and more.
Madison City Week Ahead 5/2/22
Only 10 meetings this week and 7 of them have agendas! Council meeting re-scheduled due to Eid al-Fitr.
It was a long day yesterday
I took the day off and spent it with Occupy folks, and here's all the updates. Short story: County said they had to be out by noon. They didn't budge. Nothing happened. Homeless Services Consortium groups admit no one has rooms available for people who are homeless. Services simply don't exist.
