A little after 11:00 tonight we were finally notified of the county's plan to deal with the holidays and the next few very cold and snowy days - and keeping homeless people from freezing to death or at least getting hypothermia or losing some toes to frostbite. Not much detail and I have NO idea how people are supposed to find out about the latest last minute plan that has been thrown together.

Groups can sign up to give input, input at PFC and other ways to provide input.

County Board also has a very active week as the summer comes to a close. And doh! forgot to post this morning!

I think we already did this . . . maybe even twice, or more, depending upon what you count . . . what should we do with the Houses in James Madison Park? Read it and weep.

Here's the city staff's analysis of how F-35s will impact Madison, including more maps. The deadline for providing comments is Friday, September 27th. I'm not complaining, its good for the plants.

Well 9 is one of the 3 wells that has the highest levels of PFAS in it according to the most recent well testing, but it is unlikely to be shut down like well 15.  Here's why.

Only 10 meetings this week?  Or only 10 meetings that made it on the schedule?  I'd check the Konkel Daily Round Up (home page) for mo' meeting throughout the week.
