A presentation from the Chamber of Commerce and the police committee recommendations for civilian oversight/independent monitoring plus Comprehensive Internal Review and Root-Cause Analysis of Critical Incidents.

Send your lobbyist to talk to the Mayor and get the State Journal to print a favorable story.. It's so commonplace and understood, it appears in public documents, as a matter of fact. Nevermind the rules.

The Homeless Issues Committee has had two meetings and voted on three different resolutions so far . . . and as expected, the Homeless Issues Committee is supportive of solutions for various homeless issues . . . for the most part. The interesting thing is the people on the committee that voted against the solutions.
