After attending the Ethics Board meeting last night, it really feels like there need to be reforms in the ethics process. "Complainants" hardly have a chance of being successful in the current system.

I keep hoping that S Few street shows up on the list since one car has screwed up about 3 or 4 parking spots...

What do the latest campaign finance reports mean? Is Cieslewicz in trouble?

91 page report is out from the Economic Development Commission on how the development process should be modified. I lost track of the process somewhere along the line, so I'm not sure what changes were all made. There are many, many (over 80!) attachments in legistar with lots and lots of input, but this is the final report. Of course, there will still be public input and there could be more changes, but I'm kind of doubtful much will change. Additionally, check out the input our new Department of Planning and Community and Economic Development gave . . .

You have until Feb 15th, next Tuesday to fill out the on-line survey, last chance to give public input tomorrow. Some of the concerns I've heard about the input process follow, as well as details on how you an give input.

This is just backwards. There's 12 blocks of Downtown that are being planned by an un-named staff team and the public is not being involved at all?
