I tried to tell them this at the CCEC meeting, but they didn't listen.  Sent out the request, and I pointed it out again, and now, they seem to agree.

Three were added yesterday.

The 700 block of East Washington Gebhardt project gets initial approval from Urban Design and a recommendation for spot zoning/change of ordinance for a taller building . . . did anyone notice? Why isn't it controversial?

Wow, I've been in the tenant/landlord business a long time and rarely, if ever, have I seen the state agency (DATCP = Department of Agriculture Trade and Consumer Protection) that is supposed to be dealing with tenant/landlord problems step up during the August 15th time period. That changed this year.

USA Today is paying attention to WYOU, our own community television station, but is Madison? It's ours to lose, or save. And our government access channel is also losing funding and will see changes.

Alder Grant Foster has a proposal to lower the Wheel Tax to $35.  Think it will fly?  Will anyone else have such a proposal?  Council meets tonight, we'll see!

Yup, the Parks Commission agreed to the Memorandum of Understanding that does not require a lease or insurance that would have been prohibitive.
