8 new streets workers, and some of the bus stops will be cleared in 3 days, the rest in 5 days. Shouldn't they be able to do it faster than that?

No sign of towing in my 'hood. If they say they are going to tow and don't, then it just adds to the problem of not being predictable. My guess is tonight, people won't think they have to move because it is the third night of snow and the plowing was kinda atrocious/not so evident.

Finally! The official word. These tenant/landlord laws changed December 21st - now here's the city attorney's interpretation. And they seem to have changed their mind on Section 8.

Now is the time, this is the place.

This one is jam packed cuz it's been a while.  I was more interested in getting perennials for Occupy Madison and completing my balcony gardening project at my house then blogging . . . so I was slacking!  This is only done through Friday afternoon . . . 

You know, none of these have been too controversial and they seem to be growing day by day . . . interesting, eh? Oh, and old news about the new preservation planner.
