Snooze. That's the topic of tonights budget conversations with the Mayor . . . but before you give up . . . think about Economic Development (yes, that's one of the topics) and Madison Metro! And neighborhood planning and historic preservation! Now you interested? I'm sure the business community is and will be out in full force, so I hope to see you at the Senior Center tonight! 7:00! The Economic Development Commission recommended a bunch of changes last spring, the council created an ad hoc committee which has been meeting since July to review the recommendations and it seems they are contemplating some changes, but maybe not all those recommended by the Economic Development Commission . . . lets catch up with that conversation. Is the candy store wide open with no one there to guard it? Or are the EDC recommendations falling a little flat.

While all the candidates say that affordable housing is a priority, read here to find out what they say they will do about it!

So, I really thought the days of having to make these posts was over . . . .no so!

On Wednesday it will be 2 months since Tony Robinson has been shot and the council and mayor have yet to write a no-brainer resolution.

Ya pretty much saw that one coming, right?!

A little short, but at least I'm back to paying attention to city business AND my keyboard works which makes blogging much, much easier! Yay!
