Here we go again, what is that definition of insanity, do thing the same thing and expecting different results? Expect a meeting soon with the mayor's office proposing we turn the signs around and say people are trespassing if they sleep at the City-County Building.

15 meetings, 5 before 4:00, 5 at 5:30 or later.

Or so they say, expect many additions. 17 meetings, 2 cancelled, only 2 at 5:30 or after.

Lots of events and ways to show you support, and boy do we need it given that we may be losing $90,000 or 1/3 of our budget because the county finally may have found a way to cut our funding!

So, Public Safety Review Committee meets and does nothing, refers the Mayor's "Bench Ordinance" and the media reports it. 5 media outlets showed up. The Equal Opportunities Commission unanimously votes it down . . . crickets. No press. Why?

Who planned this?! Are they completely unaware of what happens on August 15th every year? And yet connected to the University? Seriously peop0le.

What was on my schedule to blog was all the gross stuff the mayor has been saying . . . and I just didn't want to listen to it again, its just so gross, he has no respect for people or their confidentiality and he's so WRONG on so many facts . . . . I have to write that blog, I just don't want to put myself through it. Instead, let me tell you about somethings that are going remarkably great!!!
