Can We Apply ROI Standards to Highways Please?
If we can quantify the returns to the state for an $80 million investment in a sports arena, why isn't it possible, with "big data" technology, to insist on obtaining a similar metric before approving $1.3 billion of highway bonding in the Governor's proposed budget?

Such weird mixed messages from him. And I think he;s getting bad information. Here's his latest, not his greatest. After saying the ONLY place you can sleep outside is the City-County Building, he know says that people can't sleep there either.

Super Committee Meeting to Fund Non-profits Recap
Last night there was a joint committee meeting between the Community Development Block Grant Committee, Community Services Committee, Committee on Aging and Early Childhood Care and Education Committee. 3 of the 4 didn't have quorum, so it was just a meeting of the Community Services Committee. They discussed the new funding process for non-profits and for the first time I saw, gave us the time line.
