I've about had it with city staff that can't get their work done by Friday at noon.

By $11M. So even with the Board of Estimate changes, that's an increase of 4.93%, not 4.99% so the council has more room to raise taxes if they are going to stay within the 5% limit the Mayor unilaterally set for them. It should help the county and school board a bit too. Here's the details:

Here we go again, what is that definition of insanity, do thing the same thing and expecting different results? Expect a meeting soon with the mayor's office proposing we turn the signs around and say people are trespassing if they sleep at the City-County Building.

The age old dilemma, how do you get the downtown streets taken care of, when there are so many cars in the way? Apparently, not with the cities new "no parking 8 - noon on XXXX" policy." They will ticket, but STILL not sweeping the streets. I'm annoyed, only because with some attention to detail, the policy could have been done right and it could work for downtown.
