Wow. Just wow.

So, I've been hearing it is dead, watched the council list it repeatedly as something to cut from the budget, and saw the memo late last week . . . and all indications are . . . well, not good for Judge Doyle Square. Yesterday's Board of Estimates meeting was another clear sign things are not going well. Can't say I'm too sad about that, we have better things to spend our money on.

If you work til 5:00, you can make it two meetings this week if you can get there in a half hour during the "rush hour" traffic. You'll miss the public comment on the other 17 meetings.

The chart in this email is probably most persuasive to me, but here's another view on the Public Market - to keep it on the east side.

Bus stops are finally closing on the Isthmus. After years of trying, it finally happened. Now if you don't like it, you should give input!

Because it is needed more there . . . just trying to be neighborly.

You work til 5:00? Only 3 meetings start after 5:00 this week . . . the other 17 meetings will be done or done with public comment by the time you get there. and you only have 15 minutes or a half hour to get to the other 3 meetings, good luck with that given the downtown traffic and parking.
