Well . . . 21 meetings, 1 cancelled, 5 agendas unavailable for various reasons. So, here's the other 15 meetings I can tell you about. Note: Are the police going to talk about drones? (UAS program?) Do they have one? Or want one?

What Laundromat is Willing to Serve Homeless People

Long story short, on May 5th the Bubbles Laundry Project got locked out of 701 E Johnson St. We switched to 306 S. Brearly and today . . . we got locked out of there too. Setting aside the illegal discrimination against people based on homelessness as a protected class, where can we do laundry Friday 9 - 1 where homeless people can easily get to and where we won't get locked out??

Hmmm, City digs itself a hole.

Still $XXX in Cuts to Human Services

It seemed like good news when County Executive Parisi announced he would "restore" $1.9M in funds, and more good news for some came from Health and Human Needs, but even if Personnel and Finance pass all the amendments, there are still XXX in cuts to Human Services.

A few alders were more than a little surprised to hear the news that items are being purchased and used without their knowledge and that might not be allowed to know what they are. Surveillance Committee meets again tonight at 5:00.
