I gotta say, I am just confused this year. Just when I think I know what is going on, I guess I figured out that I have no clue what is going on. Luckily, I can call supervisors and ask . . . but their process shouldn't be that confusing that you need someone to explain it to you.

Also a big budget meeting - on the same night as the city.

Big news this week is mostly on Monday - all the budget amendments at Board of Estimates. That should be a long meeting. Also Thursday the Council decides what their priorities are for legislative action.

"Greyhound Therapy" is the mayor's term for how he would solve homelessness - give them a one way ticket out of town. And he actually has $25,000 for it in his budget!

So, the Health and Human Needs Committee of Dane County will be looking at several amendments tonight on housing and homelessness. I have no idea how people would know if you don't know a supervisor who gave them to you, but here they are!

We have a Housing Strategy Committee and a housing coordinator for the city, right? Wrong.

I know I don't have it in me tonight to really do this, so its going to be brief.
