I just can't blog at work, this should have taken 20 minutes to finish . . . an hour and a half later, no progress. So, it is what it is so far. Will finish tomorrow.

No additional infestation sites found in the City.

Sunny and 80 degrees today, a little different than yesterday. Today is Friday for me, I'm off to Sturgeon Bay for the Steel Bridge Music Festival tomorrow morning. Bringing my computer (and work) with me and intend to be on-line to keep blogging, but the schedule might be a little off. I'll be mostly hanging out at the Ladder House if you make it up that way.

It's not some European town, but our history is worth knowing!

Didn't really know what to expect, but it was more of the same. And the format was odd, they should have told the public what the format was in advance. Tho, I suspected that was the way it was going to be.

A bit of random, updates, upcoming meetings, etc., $10 Overture tickets for a year, Union Corners meeting on housing, Placemaking at the Public Market, DNR survey, clean lakes survey.

So, if Mark Clear says it will be two years before the Edgewater moves forward due to the lawsuit, why are we working to put it in a TIF district?

Now, with audio, photos and more video! I don't always have time to blog everything, or sometimes its not worthy of a whole blog post, so here is the week in summary.

Something for everyone on here. I'll do a quick recap of the issues so you can see how much is going on at the city . . . with not many paying attention. Sadly, when you look at where our money is going, and the time, effort and energy of the staff, elected officials and others - its to accommodate developers. Not so much on equity and poverty. Here's a snap shot of why, and why the budget is so important to changing our ways.

You must decide on Overture tonight, not two weeks from now.
