Day Center Operator Quits After More Delays (Updated)
Yesterday the Town of Madison voted to appeal the Board of Adjustments decision, delaying the Town of Madison (1490 Martin St.) location for a day center. Here is Shine 608's decision to not continue being strung along.
Overture! 3:15 am, still Committee of the Whole
My computer crashed on me around 3:15, so I took the rest of the half hour or so of notes by hand. These are the motions that were made after they went around the room and took their straw vote of sorts. The alders start getting a little testy at this point.

The second half was more interesting to me, but I had to go to the County Budget hearing. Which I hope to get to later, but I was kicked out of my media seat because I testified for 5 minutes, even tho I spent two hours there taking notes.
