So, some of the members (apparently not all) want to clarify how they feel about the Permanent Comprehensive Day Center. They feel the media didn't report their full position.

Hmmmm . . . not much. They get a Zero 2016 presentation prior to the meeting, they'll talk about paying more for consultants on Judge Doyle Square and then they do have a "committee of the whole" (i.e. without the mayor) meeting to discuss budget.
