So, some of the members (apparently not all) want to clarify how they feel about the Permanent Comprehensive Day Center. They feel the media didn't report their full position.

What will the Council Talk About Tonight?

Hmmmm . . . not much. They get a Zero 2016 presentation prior to the meeting, they'll talk about paying more for consultants on Judge Doyle Square and then they do have a "committee of the whole" (i.e. without the mayor) meeting to discuss budget.

Good News! HUD’s Rules are Changing!

Well, they're always changing, but this time, for the better! Arrest and conviction records denials won't be as frequent!

Developer and Exact Sciences should reimburse City!

Do you realize how much money we have wasted, not to mention how much time we have wasted with Bob Dunn and Exact Sciences? They should have to reimburse the city for the money we have wasted - including opportunity costs!
