– SECOND SUBSITUTE-Amending the City’s 2019 Operating Budget to transfer $165,000 from the Contingent Reserve to the Community Development Division authorizing a sole source contract with Tree Lane Apartments LLC, for the purpose of helping to fund services designed to enhance the safety, security and well-being of residents living in and around the Tree Lane Apartments property.
Amending the 2019 Sanitary Sewer Utility Capital Budget and Engineering Major Streets Capital Budget to convert $250,000 of existing Sewer Revenue Bond appropriation to Sewer Utility Reserve appropriation in the Sewer Reconstruction program and transfer to the Reconstruction Streets program to fund a pilot program to install sewer backwater valves to properties upon request.
– SUBSTITUTE – Amending the Police Department’s 2019 Operating Budget and authorizing the Chief of Police to accept up to $30,000 annually for two years in overtime funds from the Wisconsin Department of Justice to allocate additional resources to the Dane County Narcotics Task Force for conducting heroin and opiate investigations
