– Wow, first agenda I’ve ever seen for this group – funny it says it is “tentative” but at least we can now see what they are talking about . .. tentatively.

10 year contract with the Mallards and agreement on improvements. City pays $800K, Mallards $500K plus any overrun for bleacher replacement. Mallards also pay another $500K in improvements in next 10 years.
$75,000 – $150,000 to hire a law firm to apply for New Market Tax Credits for the Library because we don’t have the experience.
Northside housing project funding – controversial because it doesn’t fit with the special area plan.

More money for BioLink . . . proving we really know how to screw up TIF deals.
