  1. I would think that the Alders would want to work this out for their constituents. This is the electronic age when people can hear class lectures from home. Wouldn’t it be possible to set up a way that people could e mail in concerns or even speak over Skype to the members? It’s not ideal, but they are not incorporating technology to solve this.
