The initial construction of the Park will be broken into 2 phases, both are planned to be constructed in 2013. Funding for the construction of Phase IA of this
project is included in the 2012 Adopted Capital Budget and the 2013 Executive Capital Budget as Recommended by the Board of Estimates. Report by City Engineering.
