COMMON COUNCIL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
Dear Colleagues,
We were overwhelmed by Alders who expressed an interest in serving on the CCEC. However, there were only five (5) spots to fill.
We are appointing the following alders to the CCEC:
* Alder Harrington-McKinney
* Alder Wehelie
* Alder Heck
* Alder Bennett
* Alder Lemmer
In addition, there are also three (3) designated seats on CCEC:
* Council President- Alder Abbas
* Council Vice President- Alder Martin
* Past Council president- Alder Carter (alternate)
The first CCEC meeting will be held on May 18th, 2021, at 4:30pm.
Again, thank you to everyone who reached out to express their interest in serving.
In addition to our regularly scheduled CCEC first and third Tuesday meetings we are also organizing this committee as a whole meeting every second Tuesday of the month so we can all participate on the key issues and everyone will have an opportunity to provide feedback. Dates of those meetings will be shared with you all soon.
We would like to encourage all of you to come and participate in the CCEC meetings as we continue to discuss council priorities and important topics.
