– Review and Approve Annual Inspection Reports for each District
– Review benefits assessment formula and allocation of cost percentage for each District as to District costs and expenses.
– Review of funds on hand at Treasurer’s office for each District.
– Assessments (how best to handle in future) as to Residential and Farmland:
a. Explanation of assessment formula;
b. Future assessment notices – what to include;
c. Releases – update form for title company;
d. New owners/address updates – how to stay on top of parcel changes;
e. How to address residents who believe they shouldn’t be assessed; and
f. Condos not assessed – associations assessed
– Requests for removal of lands from Districts (District 9 and 22)
– District 4:
a. Clean out and Repair Work to be done; and
b. Bryan Rauls requesting farm on Mueller Road just west of Wilburn Road in the Bristol drainage District to be added to Drainage District.
– District 7:

– District 9:
a. Review and discussion of status and terms of possible transfer of lands to Sun Prairie (Ch. 88, charge City for use of District/Agreement); review recent proposal and questions raised by Sun Prairie in their 9/16/2016 e-mail report; and
b. Review Non-Agricultural uses as to District 9 and Chapter 88 and ATCP 48.10 assessments/cost procedure.
– District 11: Need for additional assessment?
– District 14: Dissolved per Court order of May 17, 2016. Procedures left for closing out District per Sections 88.82(2) and 88.83(3).
– District 21:
a. Land conservation permit for cleanout at CR N and NW w/lateral going W, ends at Damm-Gullickson property; and
b. $9,000 estimate from Rusty Curtis for maintenance repair work and the assessments therefore.
– District 22: Status and action needed to complete the contract and detachment of parcels into DeForest. Map or list of parcels available upon request.
– District 28:
a. Clean out and maintenance work that needs to be done; and
b. Spring Creek area (Marshall/ Medina) – to review the land area behind the Merrick ponds and dams.
– Conflict of lots being in more than one District. Which District should they be listed in?
– Identify and take action as necessary for individual Districts that have not spent any money in the last 6 years. Notice requirements if need to be dissolved and the payment for costs. Board to review and approve what action may be necessary per Chapter 88.
– Website Status and Posting:
a. Adding link to show parcel location in Districts (Dane County Planning & Development proposal);
b. Web site process for District meetings for the General district and each individual District; and
c. Adoption of the Dane County Web site for posting agenda and minutes.
– State District legislation.
– County position and NR 115 and buffers or set back zones.
– DNR permit process, when needed, issues in obtaining the same.
– Adoption of the notice process under open meeting laws, posting of meetings, use of Town web site for those districts located within a municipality
