You will also need to fill out a statement of interest form and sign the oath. You also might want to take a look at the other committees that are out there in case you don’t get your top choice, there is space for up to three committees. It also helps if you find someone the mayor likes and have them listed on the application, and if you have a resume, you might want to attach it.
