Applicant’s Comments:
This home was poorly constructed when built, has been neglected, and has visible mold. Habitat for Humanity’s “Operation Restore” will salvage any useable components of the home, anything left that can be recycled will be. The new home to be constructed will use far less energy, and natural resources than the current home, reducing the homes Carbon Footprint significantly.
