I’m not sure who I’m am supporting yet! But, please vote! Maybe even twice! 🙂
The City Clerk’s office will hold a mock election tomorrow, Tuesday, October 11. The mock election will help the clerk’s office in assessing the impact of Voter ID on next year’s elections. If you work in the CCB or the Municipal Building, or will be downtown tomorrow, please help out by voting.
The “election” will be held in the Parks Conference Room, room 108 of the City-County Building, from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
If you are available for just a few minutes, please join our line of voters and go through the line once.
If you are available for more than a few minutes, please go through the line multiple times. This is the only time you will ever be able to “vote” more than once in an election, but it will allow us to time various scenarios. For example, we will need to figure out exactly how much time it takes to walk a voter through the provisional voting process.
We appreciate your help and look forward to seeing you Tuesday!
Do you have a valid ID for voting? We want your vote to count! See http://www.cityofmadison.com/election/ or call 266-4601 for details.
Real curious who the candidates are!
