Edgewater NOT Going to Landmarks on the 14th

I’ve been hearing rumblings that the council meeting of the 20th is likely not to happen, besides not having a TIF application yet, here’s another sign . . .

Good evening Commissioners!
We are rearranging a few of our planning offices and I will not have access to my computer or telephone until late on Thursday (hence the reason I am sending this e-mail from home on Wed night.)

As such, I wanted to let you all know that I learned this evening, that at Hammes Co request, we will be cancelling the special April 14th meeting to discuss the Edgewater project. I will put the normal meeting materials packet for the April 12th meeting in the mail, and as soon as I know more information, I will let you know more about rescheduling an Edgewater meeting date.

Thank you all again for being so patient in scheduling the now cancelled 4/14 special meeting. I will be in touch as soon as I can.
