Turnout appeared to be heavy at the Monona Community Center at 8:00 am. There were two people at each of Monona’s two voting locations trying to collect signatures to recall Mark Miller. They didn’t look too happy and by noon or so, they were no where to be seen at either location.
I guess they gave it the old “Palin Try”……
