#12 – Bancroft Dairy Site/Demolition of 8 Houses/Wingra Clinic – I’m pretty much uninspired by this project. And, our TIF policy says that if they want TIF they need to apply for TIF and the land use at the time. So, no TIF, right?
#13 – University and Whitney Way project. Final approval of this project. We now have a TID (the district) but again, no TIF application? So, they don’t want TIF either? Or are the TIF rules just irrelevant now? And of course, there’s the wellhead protection area and the historic building.
#15 – Garver Feedmill Report No time to waste to get the project done!
#19 – Implementation Plan for the Development Review Report – this is it, staff is taking off with these changes.

#49 – Still going ahead with the single family homes in Allied Drive. Will this be CDAs next Lakepoint (condos not selling)?
