Subject: Edgewater Public Access Management AgreementAttached please find a revised version of the draft Public Access Management Agreement. The Agreement has been amended to take into consideration some questions and suggestions made by Alders Verveer and Maniaci at a meeting held Wednesday with City staff, Edgewater representatives and neighborhood residents.
The amended provisions are Sections (6)(c) on page 8, Section (8)(a) on page 9, and Section (9)(c) on page 12.
This new draft, dated 1/14/11, has been inserted into Legistar.
