The UW system created a new job- Vice President of University Relations at the University of Wisconsin System.
Many immensely qualified people applied for this job, unfortunately we found out that only one qualification mattered….the ability to kiss the ring of the republicans in charge of our state. For this important qualification, they found the perfect indvidual –— Long time Walker crony – Jim Villa. Mr. Villa, while having no experience in doing the actual job, listed Scott Walker as his reference and that was all that was needed to hand Mr. Villa this EXTREMELY well paying government job.
For those of you who have not heard of Jim Villa, his name is all over the #walkerdocs for instance, when the despicable Darlene Wink, was busted writing Scott Walker love letters on taxpayer time, Mr. Villa was very worried that Scott Walker might take some heat for it. So worried in fact that he instantly sent an email to the deplorable Kelly Rindfleisch about doing damage control(no matter that Kelly Rindfleisch reading the emails and responding would be illegal, since saving Scott Walker’s skin was more important than any law).
On May 14, 2010, Russell, who moved to the county’s housing department, forwarded an email to Walker at his campaign email address containing a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel article about Wink’s resignation.
Budde read to the judge Walker’s email: “I talked to her at home last night. Feel bad. She feels worse. We cannot afford another story like this one. No one can give them any reason to do another story. That means no laptops, no web sites, no time away during the workday, et cetera.”
That email then was forwarded by Walker campaign confidant Jim Villa to Rindfleisch. The body of the message is “CONFIDENTIAL.”
“Rindfleisch replies within four minutes to Villa …. ‘Already broken down and put away. Laptop is packed. I already saw this e-mail,’ ” Budde testified.
“The significance of this e-mail,” he added, “is that it shows that the county executive would appear to be aware that laptops were used in the County Executive’s Office for accessing things on non-County networks.
“And it also is very significant because it shows that the various members of the County Executive staff worked in concert to conceal laptops and/or networks — wireless networks that were in existence in that office suite, and these items were not present when we did our search warrant later in the day on May 14, 2010.”
As a matter of fact, Criminally convicted Kelly Rindfleisch actually lived with Jim Villa, in order to skirt local residency requirements, while she was being paid by us to illegally campaign for Scott Walker and Bret Davis.
Jim Villa’s career is a long and corrupt one that we have just touched on the tip of the iceberg here. Now he will be representing one of the jewels and main economic drivers in our state as VP of University Relations.
However, there is a bright side to this. As fellow Scott Walker crony and former chief legal counsel for Wisconsin Department of Transportation, John J Schulze Jr, told us, Mr. Villa is VERY popular at ALEC conventions:
Jim Villa and Jim Emerson, two state Senate staffers who led the fact finding mission for the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL), are expected to testify.
“Arrrgh! God, it hurts when I pee,” shouted Villa from a ground floor state Capitol restroom. “I thought Clymedia was a flower!”
Emerson is expected to report that legalized prostitution can have a hug upside, including being a tourism attraction for the Wisconsin Dells to take the place of Tommy Bartlett’s Robot World, and an employment opportunity in the form of W-2 transition
jobs.
“By the end of the trip it felt like I was hooked up to one of those milking machines,” Emerson said. “I will never be able to look at ping pong balls and uneven parallel bars the same way again.”
Villa said that the success of the fact-finding mission was the result of NCSL’s commitment to research.
“NCSL completely kicks ass,” Villa said. “I went to an ALEC conference on blowjobs and it took a week for me to get the taste out of my mouth.”
Parents with children in the UW System now have a role model. You can tell your kids its all well and good to get educated, and be qualified for what you do, but there are other options if you want to make real money!
PS: I forgot to add another qualification of Mr. Villa’s…bid rigging for Government contracts for his friends!
Note that Jim Villa, who’s cc’ed on the email via his personal email account, is a longtime Walker pal who’s also the head of the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). Kelly Rindfleisch pleaded guilty to misconduct in office. She also received this curious email from Villa apparently regarding her work for CARW, which I turned up in the 27,000 pages of John Doe emails.

just curious….how many Professors in the UW System make $178,000/yr? I am also curious, since Mr. Villa lives in West Allis, will he be relocating? Will we as taxpayers pay for that? or will he be commuting and charging us mileage?

As he steps into his new post, Villa may want to brush up on his diplomacy and minority outreach skills.
Shortly after Coca-Cola debuted its Superbowl commercial featuring people of different ethnicities singing America the Beautiful in different languages, Villa posted to his Facebook page, “Another reason why I hate Coca Cola…”
There seems to be a pattern of Walker crony’s using social media to espew racism. I’m shocked – said no one in WI!
