At noon today on WORT I will be talking with Alder David Ahrens, School Board Member TJ Mertz and Activist Susan Pastor about why we all should care about another big building downtown on the two blocks where the municipal building and the government east parking ramp is.
I’ll start . . . should we pay $17M or $47M in TIF? And what is the community benefit from this? Sigh . . .
