2 or so years ago I stopped doing the daily round up of local news, but that feature is back!Over the next month or so you will also see other changes around Forwardlookout.com. It will be slow, but I’m returning to blogging and sprucing some things up a bit. There are also some exciting changes coming up with my segment on WORT starting in September.
For now, if you’re not familiar with the Konkel Round Up feature of the blog it’s on the home page and it is a mostly daily summary of news related primarily to the City of Madison and Dane County Government. I do add in things from surrounding municipalities if I see it as well as Education news from the Madison Metropolitan School District and UW- Madison.
Here’s a sample of it, but you can also find this on the home page of the blog right after the 7 latest articles on blog. I started on July 22 and have been maintaining it since then. As always, if you have comments or suggestions for things to add, please let me know! Email is best at forwardlookout@gmail.com.
