NO JOB? CAN’T PAY MORGAGE? WANT $50K? (link fixed)
Can you imagine how many renters that same amount of money could help? Could you imagine how many renters just $50K to help just one homeowner could help? Where is that same assistance for renters?

DAVIDOFF TO REPLACE LUEDERS
Who will Cap Times replace Davidoff with?

CITY

EXPECT PANHANDLERS AT RHYTHM AND BOOMS
It’s ok, they’re boy scouts. But, I wonder, if they make $50K on the event, what happens to that money?

POLICE MEMORIAL GARDEN
Too bad no one will ever see it unless they are going to the East Police Station, its a bit out of the public path.

METRO BUS DRIVER GETS TICKET FOR KILLING PEDESTRIAN
DAs office still reviewing the file for other charges.

NO MORE LIVE MUSIC AT THE ANNEX
I wonder if this is the result of pressure from police and the city alcohol coordinator. When they have problems with bars, they meet with them privately and try to bully them into doing what they want. I mean, they “negotiate” with them. And they love to blame live music. So instead, they can just use liquor specials to draw people in, brilliant.

PRES HOUSES FISHY DEAL
It certainly stinks.

WSJ LIKES DUI COURT
Would they feel the same if we had drug offenders only serve 2 weeks and 2 years of probation after their third DUI? For drug offenders, its three strikes and you’re out.
